PositionOverview:
The Human Resources Generalist isresponsible for facilitating and prioritizing the day-to-day activities relatedto Human Resources functions. They are acustomer-focusedindividual responsible for the accurate and timely completion ofresponsibilities dedicated to the entire employee lifecycle: Attraction, Recruitment, Onboarding,Development, Retention, and Separation. The HR Generalist acts withpersonal, professional, and behavioral integrity – maintaining strictconfidentiality of all employee, applicant, department and System information. They complete allassigned HR projects and tasks in accordance with timeframe allotted. Expectation is for all performed duties to bein accordance with Singing River Health System procedures and policies,accreditation organization, and governing guidance and publications for healthcare employees.
